Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Commercial Banking professional to identify, solicit, and grow relationships with clients generating $5MM to $75MM in annual sales. You will offer a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services, collaborating with Industry & Advisory teams to optimize the client experience.

Expected to leverage the integrated relationship management framework, manage an assigned portfolio, and refer needs through appropriate channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 3–8 years of commercial banking experience.
• Strong understanding of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Truist processes and Industry & Advisory teams to deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Manage, service and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial banking clients.
• Execute prospecting to grow new commercial banking households.
• Participate in credit decisioning, including financial statement analysis and risk mitigation.
• Maintain CRM data, monitor pipeline and ensure policy compliance.
