Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to drive growth in the West region. You will prospect, nurture, and close opportunities within existing customers, manage forecasts, and maintain customer data with a consultative approach to selling Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in infrastructure technology sales, proven quota attainment, and strong communication skills across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication across in-person, online, and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and expand opportunities within current Grafana customers in the West region.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process including demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
• Maintain and manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, orders, and day-to-day customer requests.
