Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to grow existing business in the Growth segment. Remote in the US, you will prospect, manage a robust pipeline, and close opportunities across Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

You’ll guide customers through the full sales cycle, coordinate with product and support teams, and leverage your experience in high-velocity tech companies to hit ambitious targets and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Consistent track record of top-quartile performance in a competitive market.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across channels.
• Adaptable in high-velocity tech environments and able to learn quickly.
• Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a set of current customers.
• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, meetings, demos, POC, proposals, negotiations).
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, orders, and day-to-day customer requests.
