Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive for the West region of the United States. You will prospect, close new business, and manage forecasts, with a consultative approach across Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in infrastructure technology sales, a top-quartile track record, and strong communication skills. This is a 100% remote role, with compensation aligned to a US market range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in infrastructure technology sales.
• Demonstrated top-10% performance in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication across in-person, online and written channels.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Located in Austin or Denver.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Prospect net-new customers and manage inbound leads.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to negotiation.
• Demonstrate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Navigate trials and hand off strong relationships to CS team.
• Maintain and forecast pipeline in Salesforce.
