Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with over 650 locations, offering comprehensive repair services and EV-certified options. This role focuses on educating customers, producing accurate estimates, and guiding each repair from intake to completion while maintaining top-tier service standards.

Ideal candidates have strong customer-service skills, experience with insurance workflows, and familiarity with major estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure QC to Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide an excellent experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements.
