Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for a customer-focused estimator role in our collision repair network. You will educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, rights, and value, and deliver accurate estimates from initial review to full disassembly evaluation.

You will manage repairs through completion, perform in-process QC to meet quality standards, and keep customers updated on status to ensure an exceptional experience. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced collision repair setting is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple files and timelines.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners and claims processes is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and finalize estimates after full damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair through to completion, ensuring Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
