Qualifications

• Familiarity with insurance procedures and customer rights.
• Experience with automotive estimating systems to prepare and lock final estimates.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and full estimates after evaluation and disassembly; lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and perform in-process QC to ensure quality.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and ensure a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork with carrier compliance.
