Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential for handling customers and insurers.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple repairs.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial and full-damage estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair through to completion ensuring quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair status for a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and finalize post-scanning steps.
