Job summary

Crash Champions is a rapidly growing collision repair leader with 650+ locations across the U.S. We educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and QA standards while guiding them through estimates and approvals.

This role manages repairs end-to-end, coordinating with body technicians, handling paperwork, and ensuring timely communication to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to educate and assist customers.
• Strong organization and multitasking with time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with auto repair estimating systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance, rights, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, full estimates after disassembly, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a superior experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, ensure carrier requirements.
