Classic Collision is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator in Cypress, TX to guide customers from drop-off to delivery and to prepare estimates for customers and insurers. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a focus on quality repair experiences.

The position leverages prior estimating experience, CCC1 familiarity, and optional I-CAR/ASE certifications; offers competitive pay, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
