Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking a customer-focused specialist to guide customers from drop-off to delivery of their repaired vehicles. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, work with insurance partners, and keep clients informed throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and attention to quality, with a commission-based compensation tied to sales volume. Join a team that values integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in person.
• Familiar with estimating systems (CCC1) preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Manages claims with insurance companies to ensure customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
