Classic Collision in Denton, TX, is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurers to manage claims, and keep customers updated about repair progress.

The role emphasizes integrity, customer service, and teamwork, with preferred experience in collision estimating and familiarity with CCC1.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
