Job summary

Classic Collision in League City, TX is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator to guide customers through the repair journey from drop-off to delivery. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate with insurers to ensure accurate, smooth claims and timely repair.

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
