Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator to act as the primary contact for customers from drop-off through delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance, and guide the repair process to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications include collision estimating experience, CCC1 familiarity, I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred, and strong communication and organization. Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers providing updates on repair status.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
