Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator in Beaumont. You will serve as the primary liaison with customers from drop-off through delivery, while preparing estimates for customers and insurers and coordinating with repair teams to ensure accurate damage identification and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with insurance partners to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact from drop-off to vehicle delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
