Job summary

Classic Collision in Texas seeks a Senior Service Advisor/Collision Estimator to guide customers through the repair journey, from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and coordinate with repair teams to ensure accurate damage assessment and best outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, insurance interactions, and adherence to Classic Collision guidelines, with career growth through ongoing training and team support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• DRP experience with Progressive preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1, Mitchell preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
