Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Service Advisor/Collision Estimator to manage customer relationships from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for customers throughout repair process.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with customers with progress updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Ensures customer satisfaction scores meet company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
