Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a customer-facing estimator/receiving specialist at our San Antonio repair center. You will be the main contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, ensure accurate estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinate with insurance partners to optimize the repair experience.

Responsibilities include updating customers on progress, working with technicians to identify all damages, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Clear written, phone, and in-person communication.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
