Job summary

Classic Collision Dripping Springs Repair Center seeks a customer-focused estimator to guide vehicle repairs from drop-off to delivery. You will be the primary contact for customers, prepare estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims while keeping clients updated on progress.

Responsibilities include confirming damages with technicians, maintaining satisfaction scores, and performing quality checks prior to delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the drop-off through delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
