Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, perform proactive collections on past-due balances, and analyze deductions and chargebacks within a consumer-packaged-goods environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in a CPG company, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains).

Qualifications

Strong ERP experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Great Plains.
5+ years of experience at a CPG company.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, pricing discrepancies, and promotional allowances.
Review remittances, invoices, and supporting documents to validate deduction claims.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to identify root causes.
Process credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
Document collection activities, disputes, and communications.
Support month-end close, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
