The ideal candidate has 5+ years of collections experience within a CPG setting, with strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), excellent Excel skills, and a proven track record of resolving aged balances and supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience at a CPG company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to resolve complex deductions and aging balances.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and pricing discrepancies.
• Review remittances, invoices, contracts and documentation to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Process credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
• Document collection activities and resolutions; support month-end close and AR reporting.
