Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst for a 100% remote role. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, pursue proactive collections on past-due balances, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and deductions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CP G company experience, strong ERP skills (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains) and advanced Excel capabilities, with a track record of improving cash flow and aging metrics.

Qualifications

5+ years of collections experience at a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) company.
Strong ERP experience including SAP, Oracle or Great Plains.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, pricing discrepancies, and promotional allowances.
Review remittances, invoices, contracts, and documentation to validate deduction claims.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to drive resolution.
Process credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
Maintain documentation of collection activities and communications.
Support month-end close, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
