The candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, perform proactive collections on past-due balances, and resolve deductions and chargebacks with a focus on cash flow improvement.

The role requires 5+ years of CPG collections experience, strong ERP skills (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains) and advanced Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections at a CPG company.
• Strong ERP experience including SAP/Oracle/Great Plains.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis for collections flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and pricing discrepancies.
• Review remittances, invoices, and supporting docs to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate aged balances to drive resolution.
• Process credits, write-offs, and adjustments per policy.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities and communications.
• Support month-end close activities and AR reporting.
