Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Collaboration Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and continuously improve Zoom Workplace and Microsoft 365 platforms for our global organization.

You will collaborate with platform engineering, automation, identity and endpoint services, and AI-enabled technologies to enhance reliability and reduce manual work. You will help define standards, governance, and roadmaps, while integrating with Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, and room technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise collaboration or unified communications or related field.
• 3+ years administering Zoom Workplace in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Zoom licensing, policy controls, managed domains, reporting and platform governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, or identity lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, or virtual desktop environments.
• Scripting, APIs, automation platforms, or workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer Zoom Workplace and Microsoft 365 platforms across the global organization.
• Collaborate on architecture, standards, roadmaps, and engineering practices for collaboration services.
• Engineer and manage Zoom licensing, policy controls, reporting, and capacity planning.
• Integrate services with Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, Microsoft 365, and room technologies.
• Develop automation for deployment, configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and workflows.
• Participate in planned maintenance and on-call rotation.
