Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a System Manager E4 to lead end-to-end orchestration of Zoom and Microsoft 365 collaboration services in a large enterprise environment.

You will help shape architecture, governance, and deployment standards for a multi-platform workspace including Zoom Workplace and Entra ID integrations. The role requires deep experience with enterprise collaboration, identity management, and automation, plus hands-on Zoom administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience engineering or supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, endpoint management, or real-time communication services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Zoom Workplace in an enterprise environment.
• Experience administering Zoom capabilities such as licensing, policy controls, managed domains, reporting, enterprise deployment, or platform governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, or identity lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, or virtual desktop environments.
• Experience with scripting, APIs, automation platforms, or workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams on architecture, standards, technical roadmaps, and engineering practices for Zoom and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Engineer and administer Zoom Workplace, including licensing, policy controls, managed domains, governance, reporting, utilization analysis, and capacity planning.
• Integrate services with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Microsoft 365, room technologies, and approved enterprise platforms.
• Build and maintain automation for deployment, configuration management, reporting, troubleshooting, and operational workflows.
• Participate in planned maintenance activities and an on-call rotation as needed.
