You will lead cross-tenant migrations, manage identity, access governance, and security, and drive automation across the Microsoft 365 suite while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with deep Microsoft 365 expertise to support and evolve a global enterprise collaboration platform within a complex, highly regulated environment. This role combines enterprise platform engineering, Microsoft 365 administration, and large-scale M&A integration work, with responsibility for maintaining secure, scalable collaboration services while leading cross-tenant migrations and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving enterprise-scale infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related collaboration technologies
• Lead cross-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations and integration projects associated with mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring
• Manage identity, access, governance, and security across Microsoft 365, including guest access, application registrations, service principals, and Power Platform administration
• Support email security, compliance, archiving, eDiscovery, and enterprise messaging infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365, identity, and collaboration issues while ensuring platform stability, performance, and security
• Develop automation, operational documentation, governance standards, and continuous service improvements across the Microsoft 365 environment
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver enterprise technology initiatives and provide technical leadership on platform architecture and best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise systems engineering experience with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience leading cross-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations, and M&A integration projects
• Strong understanding of identity management, email security, compliance, Power Platform governance, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience supporting enterprise messaging, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure within regulated environments
• Experience with Windows Server, virtualization, Azure, and enterprise automation
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred
