Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Experience leading Microsoft 365 modernization initiatives.
- Experience with hybrid identity architecture and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, administration, and optimization of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Design and implement collaboration and governance standards for Microsoft 365.
- Lead file share migrations into SharePoint Online.
- Improve Teams adoption, document management, and collaboration effectiveness.
- Lead Intune administration and endpoint governance.
- Support Exchange administration and resource management.
- Develop roadmaps and best practices for Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators.
