Job summary

Clarity, LLC. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with deep Microsoft 365 expertise to support and evolve a global enterprise collaboration platform. This role combines enterprise platform engineering, Microsoft 365 administration, and large-scale M&A integration work in a regulated environment.

You will lead cross-tenant migrations, manage identity, access governance, and security, and drive automation across the Microsoft 365 suite while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise systems engineering experience with Microsoft 365
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID
• Experience leading cross-tenant migrations and M&A integration projects

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID
• Lead cross-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations and integration projects
• Manage identity, access, governance, and security across Microsoft 365
• Support email security, compliance, archiving, eDiscovery, and enterprise messaging infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365, identity, and collaboration issues for platform stability and security
• Develop automation, governance standards, and continuous service improvements across Microsoft 365
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams on platform architecture and best practices
