Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to own administration, engineering, support, governance, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 platform.

As primary technical owner for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID, you will work with stakeholders to maximize value, deliver secure, user-friendly collaboration solutions, and drive platform improvements with automation.

Qualifications

• You have 5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering experience.
• You have 3 years of SharePoint Online experience in a ~1,000-user enterprise.
• You know Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, PowerShell automation, and MS 365 troubleshooting.
• You bring strong governance, lifecycle management, and clear communication to collaboration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide 365 administration and engineering across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage configuration, governance, policies, platform health and performance.
• Lead root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement new capabilities.
• Drive automation, reporting, and governance improvements; maintain runbooks and docs.
• Mentor teams, participate in architecture discussions, and drive security and efficiency.
