Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist for a remote-based role with regional travel to drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong customer relationships, and support product launches to ensure patients access innovative therapies.

The role requires 5+ years in direct CNS or specialty pharma sales, deep knowledge of patient pathways, and experience with formulary strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
Proven ability to build healthcare provider relationships and manage key accounts.
Experience supporting product launches, including pre-launch planning.
Familiarity with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
Experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
Strong understanding of patient pathways and access programs.

Responsibilities

Execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
Develop relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
Share field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
