Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. This remote-based role requires travel within a designated region as needed and coordinating with Market Access and Medical teams to support product launches and patient access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct sales in CNS or specialty pharma.
• Deep understanding of patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs and institutional accounts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and territory goals.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Support launch execution, including pre-launch and post-launch adoption planning.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies.
