Job summary

Collaborating with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams, you will navigate complex patient pathways and maintain regulatory compliance while growing product knowledge. A successful candidate has 5+ years in direct CNS pharma sales and a proven quota track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Familiarity with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution and pre/post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage insights from the field to inform strategy and execution.
