The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct CNS pharma sales experience, familiarity with formulary access, and a track record of meeting quota.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
- Experience with formulary access strategies and hospital/IDN selling is a plus.
- Familiarity with product launches and early market execution.
- Strong understanding of patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
- Drive product adoption through education and engagement.
- Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
- Support launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
- Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
- Maintain product and market knowledge and ensure regulatory compliance.
