Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT field.
• 8+ years in configuration management, CMDB, or ITSM.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance; US citizenship required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the CMDB data model, classes, and relationships.
• Enforce CMDB policies and ITIL-aligned standards.
• Integrate CMDB data with change, incident, and problem workflows.
• Conduct configuration audits and remediation with owning teams.
• Collaborate with platform admins to optimize CMDB in ServiceNow.
• Produce configuration reports and visualizations for risk/capacity.
• Coordinate with ITIL processes to keep data accurate across lifecycle.
• Lead CMDB initiatives across hybrid on‑premises and cloud.
