Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 0–3 years in IT operations, service or configuration management.
• Understanding of ITIL CMDB concepts and lifecycle states.
• Hands-on with ITSM/CMDB tools for records and queries.
• Secret clearance (or higher) required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CI records in the CMDB across infrastructure and apps.
• Perform CMDB maintenance: create/update CIs; reconcile data.
• Assist with configuration audits and certifications.
• Use ITSM/CMDB tools to run queries and reports for impact analysis.
• Review change/incident records to ensure CI linkage and traceability.
• Support CMDB data quality metrics and corrective actions.
• Follow governance practices to protect CMDB integrity.
• Collaborate with ITIL/process owners for stable delivery.
