Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS at the customer and discuss operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Proactively keep customers' AWS environments operationally healthy and understand their needs.
• Develop close relationships with customers to understand business and technical challenges and deliver value.
