Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers across diverse industries.

You will craft cloud strategies, drive adoption of AWS services, and partner with AWS product teams to improve operational excellence and risk management. You will develop advocate relationships with customers, understand business and technical needs, and travel approximately 10% or more as

Qualifications

• 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to apply them to architectures.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS as the voice of the customer to senior leadership and product teams.
• Build and guide solutions using best practices and maintain operational health of customer environments.
