Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers across industries.

You will craft technical cloud strategies, drive adoption of AWS services, and advocate for customers with AWS product teams to ensure operational health and risk management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
5+ years of technical engineering experience.
Strong customer-facing and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
Represent AWS to customers and engage with senior leadership on operational excellence, cloud maturity, risk management.
