Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Support is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise customers across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, Networking, Serverless, and more.

In this role you will craft and execute cloud strategies, drive adoption of AWS services, and guide customers on operational excellence, risk management, and well-Architected best practices while partnering with AWS product teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of design, implementation, operations, or consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS to customers and discuss operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management with senior leadership.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build cloud solutions using AWS best practices.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
