Job summary

Amazon Web Services invites a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises, guiding them to maximize value from AWS services and maintain operational health. The TAM leads technical cloud strategies, engages with senior leaders, and advocates for best practices across compute, storage, AI/ML, networking, and serverless domains.

You will be the voice of the customer to AWS product teams, driving adoption, risk management, and ongoing cloud maturity improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in distributed applications design/operations.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in 24x7 operational services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS to customers, discussing operational excellence, cloud maturity, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
