Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support enterprise customers across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, and more.

You will be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS product teams, guiding cloud adoption and operational excellence. This role requires deep technical acumen, strong communication with senior leadership, and willingness to travel 10% or more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers’ adoption and use of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices; travel up to 10% as needed.
• The TAM is the centerpiece of value to Enterprise Support customers and acts as the voice of the customer to AWS product teams.
