Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a principal technical advisor and the 'voice of the customer' for Enterprise customers. You will guide planning, building, and optimizing solutions on AWS, working with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.

Travel up to 10% or more may be required. As a TAM, you will help craft strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services across Compute, Storage, Database, and more,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers and represent AWS in customer environments.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).
