Job summary

You will lead technical discussions and drive adoption of AWS services across Compute, Storage, Databases, and more. You will provide advocacy, guidance, and proactive management to keep customers' AWS environments healthy, aligned with best practices, and ready to scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Advise and drive adoption of AWS services with enterprise customers
• Represent AWS as the principal technical advisor to senior leadership
• Develop and communicate strategic guidance to optimize architectures and operations
• Manage incidents, trade-offs and risk with customers
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed
