Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support customer architectural strategies across Compute, Storage, Database, and more.

You will act as the principal technical advisor, shaping incidents, trade-offs, and risk management while guiding customers toward best practices with AWS. You will travel about 10% and work with startups to Global 500 enterprises to maximize value from AWS services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Math, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
