Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer across Compute, Storage, Database, and more.

You will partner with customers from startups to Fortune 500s to drive adoption and effective use of AWS services. You will craft strategies, manage incidents, assess trade-offs, and ensure operational health of customer environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
Help craft and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.
Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
