Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support Enterprise customers with strategic cloud guidance across compute, storage, databases, Big Data, AI/ML, and more. You will be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS product teams, helping shape solutions and outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years of distributed applications/engineering experience, a 24x7 mindset, and the ability to travel 10% or more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to apply them to customer architectures.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers' adoption of AWS services.
• Act as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS product teams.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
