Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support to advise customers on architectural decisions and optimization across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. You will partner with customer leaders to drive adoption, reduce risk, and enhance operational health in real-world cloud environments.

As a Senior TAM, you will articulate trade-offs, guide incident responses, and provide strategic technical guidance while traveling up to 10% for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor to AWS Enterprise customers and drive discussions with senior leadership on incidents and trade-offs.
• Help customers plan and build solutions using AWS services, guiding risk management and operational health.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and deliver maximum value from AWS.
