Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and help them maximize value from AWS. You will lead technical cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and partner with AWS product teams to ensure operational excellence and risk management across diverse service areas.

The role requires travel of 10% or more and offers opportunities to be at the forefront of cloud innovation within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS as a technical leader to customers and drive discussions with senior leadership on operational excellence, cloud maturity, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
