Job summary

AWS is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the Enterprise Support group to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and maximize value from AWS services. You will lead technical cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and collaborate with AWS product teams to ensure operational excellence and risk management.

The Senior TAM acts as a trusted technical leader, guiding adoption across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, Networking, Serverless, and more, with travel as needed to customer

Qualifications

5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience
5+ years of technical engineering experience

Responsibilities

Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services
Represent AWS at customer meetings and drive discussions with senior leadership on operations, cloud maturity, risk management
Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices
Travel up to 10% or more as needed
