Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and maximize value from AWS. You will lead technical cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and partner with AWS product teams to improve services.

The TAM will travel 10% or more, engaging with executives to ensure operational excellence, risk management, and cloud maturity across Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, AI/ML, Networking, Serverless and more.

Qualifications

5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
5+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
Represent AWS at our customer meetings and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management.
Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
